- What data is collected
Through the contact form we only collect what you fill in:
- Name and email address
- Phone number, if you give it
- Details about your project: what you need, your type of business, timing and your message
- Anonymous visit statistics, without cookies
- Why it is collected
Only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and talk with you about that project. The legal basis is taking steps, at your request, before entering into a contract.
- Where it is shared
Your data is never sold or passed to third parties for advertising. We only use infrastructure providers, Vercel for hosting and statistics and Resend for sending email, who process data solely on our behalf.
- How long it is kept
Requests that don't turn into a project are deleted within 30 days. If we work together, we keep only what the project needs, for as long as the law requires.
- Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and the right to object. Send a request to info@pgworks.dev and we will reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
